Surrounding each of these barns are huge areas, many sq miles of alfalfa . All grown with water from the Colorado river. |
We visited the Painted Rock Petroglyph Site. This is a National Park with in The BLM near Gila Bend. These rocks were a carved by the natives of the area 2 to 3 thousand years ago. It is interesting to try to figure out what the messages were that they were creating.
They were not all created at the same time, but were added to as time went on.
