Jekyll Island
Jekyll Island is a small island just off the coast about an hour south of Savannah. The entire island has no commercial business except for a small market area in the center of the hotel district, not even a gas station. It is all hotels condos and small normal size homes. No big estates..3 golf courses and a campground with 175 sites It is only about 20 miles to drive around the whole island. No need to drive as there are bike paths every where. Lots of beautiful beaches. This would be a good place to holiday for a week.
